I think I read / heard somewhere that chocolate...

I think I read / heard somewhere that chocolate isn't good for you (well, your milk) while breastfeeding?? Does anyone know if this is true? Hubby just handed me a cherry ripe which I really want to eat but dont want to disrupt the breastfeeding which I'm only 8 days into!
